How to Download AL Focus Videos

It's easy:

1. Go to alfocus.blip.tv and click on the Episode Archive.

2. Find the video you want and click on it.

3. Scroll down a little and click on the “Files and Links” area on the right-hand side, then choose a link to save to your computer. You have your choice of Quicktime (.mov), MPEG-4 (.m4v), or Flash (.flv).

That's it. Enjoy!
