AL Focus videos are delivered by Flash, the video application also used by the popular YouTube website. If your computer has trouble viewing such videos, you might need to download the newest version of Flash. Our video-hosting partner, blip.tv, recommends at least version 8 of Flash for best performance.

Online video is tricky these days, and any number of factors could lead to regular or sporadic problems with viewing videos: older, slower computers; slower internet connections; heavy internet traffic; and so on.
