Spying on Bill Bradley, hotel mixups, that weird blimp, book cart drill teams, and lost luggage - all this and more awaits you in the second chapter of The Greg Show, a skewed take on the 2007 ALA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., by American Libraries editorial assistant and first-time conference attendee Greg Landgraf.

shared misery and the book cart drill team
Well Greg, I hope you'll try conference again. It isn't always quite so bad but I can relate. I pretty much missed every session I'd hoped to see except for the one I presented in (thankfully). I also missed every social event I'd hoped to attend (except one...thanks Alan). Of course I only learned about many of those social events after returning home....
There's some kind of trick to doing conference that has eluded me. It has clearly eluded you as well.
But hey! Thanks so much for the drill team video! That was one of the things I'd hoped to see and now at least I've gotten a 13 second glimpse of the fun.
