"Speaking Technically" online video from ALA
Defect: video and audio cuts out every 5 seconds for about 10 seconds, so most of the content is lost. Please fix this.
Not a defect
The response you describe happens when the clip being downloaded to your computer exceeds the buffer capacity of your computer.
Solution: Refresh (reload) the page after the entire clip has downloaded once; then the second play will run smoothly because all of it has been previously downloaded.
A-OK
We looked into it, but the video is playing fine. Most likely it is your computer or connection.
